Mercredi 24 juin 2026, \u00c9nergie et Services de Seyssel<\/strong> (ESS) a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019installation de son nouveau Conseil de Surveillance \u00e0 l\u2019issue de son Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale tenue \u00e0 Seyssel.
\u00c0 cette occasion, les 12 membres du Conseil issus des communes du SIESS mais \u00e9galement des actionnaires industriels (CNR et ENGIE) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement accueillis afin de repr\u00e9senter les territoires au sein de l\u2019instance pour la dur\u00e9e du mandat \u00e9lectoral. Cette nouvelle \u00e9quipe marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la gouvernance d’ESS et t\u00e9moigne notamment de l\u2019implication des collectivit\u00e9s locales dans les orientations strat\u00e9giques d\u2019Energie et Services de Seyssel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Gilles Fran\u00e7ois, ancien vice-pr\u00e9sident d\u2019ESS succ\u00e8de \u00e0 M. Christian Monteil en qualit\u00e9 de Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de Surveillance. Il sera charg\u00e9, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des membres du Conseil, de veiller au bon fonctionnement de la structure et d\u2019accompagner les diff\u00e9rents projets strat\u00e9giques r\u00e9pondant aux enjeux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ainsi qu\u2019au service des usagers et des territoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les membres des instances de gouvernance ont profit\u00e9 \u00e9galement de cette \u00e9lection de nouvelles mandatures pour inaugurer les nouveaux locaux administratifs et techniques de l\u2019agence de Seyssel. Le Conseil a chaleureusement remerci\u00e9 Christian Monteil pour son engagement, et l\u2019a nomm\u00e9 Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019honneur.
La municipalit\u00e9 de Seyssel \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 ce temps fort, et repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par M. Florian Zuccalli, Maire, ainsi que par M. Gilles Callet, 1er Adjoint et Vice-Pr\u00e9sident du SIESS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
