section UNC locale r\u00e9unie en assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La section Seyssel, Semine, Chautagne de l\u2019union des combattants de Haute-Savoie a tenu son AG 2026 dans la Salle Belle Rive, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Pierre Bagiacchi, en pr\u00e9sence du nouveau maire Florian Zuccalli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une quarantaine d\u2019adh\u00e9rents ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9num\u00e9ration par le nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Thierry Barret, des nombreuses manifestations auxquelles les membres de la section ont particip\u00e9 tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<br>Le tr\u00e9sorier Andr\u00e9 Bonier a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les comptes positifs de l\u2019association mais a interpel\u00e9 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019aller rechercher des subventions et des partenaires pour assurer un avenir financier plus stable.<br>Huit nouveaux adh\u00e9rents ont rejoint la section en 2025 portant le nombre total de ses membres \u00e0 67, pla\u00e7ant ainsi la section au second rang du d\u00e9partement derri\u00e8re &lsquo;Annecy ville&rsquo;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport moral et les comptes approuv\u00e9s, l\u2019association a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection de son nouveau bureau, vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Philippe Merda (ancien porte drapeau) est \u00e9lu vice-pr\u00e9sident,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Andr\u00e9 Bonier tr\u00e9sorier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thierry Barret secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chantal Bagiacchi secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roland Mossaz commissaire aux comptes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joseph Raginel \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des voyages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pierre Bagiacchi est confort\u00e9 \u00e0 son poste de pr\u00e9sident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau porte drapeau Alexandre a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0
