Jerome Riesen, technicien forestier de l\u2019ONF, et accueillis par M. le maire Florian Zuccalli, les participants ont pu d\u00e9couvrir la for\u00eat communale de Seyssel sous un angle concret et p\u00e9dagogique, au plus pr\u00e8s du terrain. Cette balade comment\u00e9e a permis de mieux comprendre les enjeux actuels de gestion foresti\u00e8re, \u00e9quilibre entre exploitation raisonn\u00e9e et pr\u00e9servation, maintien de la biodiversit\u00e9, r\u00f4le des for\u00eats dans notre environnement, et adaptation face aux effets du changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs points essentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s, notamment les impacts des s\u00e9cheresses r\u00e9p\u00e9titives sur certaines essences, les d\u00e9p\u00e9rissements observ\u00e9s, ainsi que les choix de gestion mis en \u0153uvre pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience de notre for\u00eat. L\u2019ONF a aussi pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses missions au quotidien, surveillance, entretien, gestion durable, s\u00e9curisation des chemins, reboisements et accompagnement des collectivit\u00e9s dans leurs choix forestiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La municipalit\u00e9 remercie chaleureusement l\u2019ONF pour la qualit\u00e9 de cette animation, ainsi que l\u2019ensemble des participants venus nombreux pour partager ce moment de d\u00e9couverte et d\u2019\u00e9change au c\u0153ur de notre patrimoine naturel.<br><strong>La for\u00eat est un bien commun : la comprendre, c\u2019est mieux la
