{"id":23828,"date":"2026-01-29T15:26:55","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T14:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/?p=23828"},"modified":"2026-02-09T15:43:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:43:27","slug":"projet-de-supermarche-et-station-service-les-resultats-de-la-concertation-et-les-prochaines-etapes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/29\/projet-de-supermarche-et-station-service-les-resultats-de-la-concertation-et-les-prochaines-etapes\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet de supermarch\u00e9 et station-service, les r\u00e9sultats de la concertation et les prochaines \u00e9tapes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2025, la commune de Seyssel a lanc\u00e9 une large concertation aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ensemble de la population concernant le projet d\u2019implantation d\u2019un nouveau supermarch\u00e9 et d\u2019une station-service, sur la partie du terrain stabilis\u00e9 situ\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la future caserne de gendarmerie.<br>Cette d\u00e9marche visait \u00e0 associer les habitants \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion importante pour l\u2019avenir commercial, \u00e9conomique et pratique de notre territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une forte participation et un large soutien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La concertation a rencontr\u00e9 un taux de participation \u00e9lev\u00e9, t\u00e9moignant de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des seysselans pour ce projet structurant. Les r\u00e9sultats :<br>87 % des r\u00e9ponses sont favorables \u00e0 l\u2019implantation d\u2019un supermarch\u00e9 et d\u2019une station-service<br>Ce large soutien confirme le besoin identifi\u00e9 sur le territoire et la pertinence de poursuivre activement les d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un projet d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien engag\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cette consultation, la municipalit\u00e9 a poursuivi les \u00e9changes et r\u00e9unions de travail avec les services de la CCUR sur les parties Urbanisme\/Economie, et les enseignes commerciales ayant sollicit\u00e9 la commune pour s\u2019implanter \u00e0 Seyssel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces \u00e9changes ont permis d\u2019avancer concr\u00e8tement sur la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet, son int\u00e9gration urbaine, les aspects r\u00e9glementaires, les premi\u00e8res esquisses d\u2019implantation, et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019acquisition du terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des enseignes d\u00e9sormais en phase finale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les projets d\u00e9taill\u00e9s qui seront prochainement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par les enseignes permettront \u00e0 la Commune de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une analyse comparative approfondie, afin de retenir la solution la plus adapt\u00e9e aux besoins des habitants, \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du site et aux enjeux de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce futur \u00e9quipement permettra :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019offre commerciale de proximit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la commune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de limiter les d\u00e9placements vers d\u2019autres bassins commerciaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et d\u2019accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur autour de la future gendarmerie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La municipalit\u00e9 poursuit ce dossier avec s\u00e9rieux, m\u00e9thode et transparence.
