Une autorisation de travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9e en mars 2025 apr\u00e8s le refus de deux projets ne r\u00e9pondant pas aux enjeux de confortation du terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En juin 2025, la commune a mis en demeure le riverain pour r\u00e9aliser les travaux de sout\u00e8nement dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais. Le 1er septembre, le riverain indique qu\u2019il renonce \u00e0 son projet et remettra le terrain en \u00e9tat mais aucune demande officielle n\u2019est parvenue.<br>Un arr\u00eat\u00e9 de p\u00e9ril imm\u00e9diat a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris le 10 d\u00e9cembre pour l\u2019habitation situ\u00e9e sur la parcelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le D\u00e9partement de Haute-Savoie, gestionnaire des routes d\u00e9partementales ne r\u00e9-ouvrira la route qu\u2019apr\u00e8s stabilisation totale du terrain et mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de celle-ci.<br>La mairie de Valli\u00e8res-sur-Fier est consciente des d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments pour l\u2019ensemble des habitants empruntant cette route mais la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
