Une coupe de bois aura prochainement lieu sur le Mont des Princes, en for\u00eat communale de Seyssel. Bois r\u00e9sineux, douglas principalement.
Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une coupe d\u2019\u00e9claircie destin\u00e9e \u00e0 donner de l\u2019espace et de la lumi\u00e8re aux plus beaux arbres. Les arbres \u00e0 pr\u00e9lever ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par l\u2019Office National des For\u00eats<\/strong> qui veillera \u00e9galement au respect des bonnes pratiques lors de la coupe. Ces arbres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus \u00e0 une scierie locale pour \u00eatre sci\u00e9s en charpente (majoritairement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces sujets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s par le technicien ONF local \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e internationale de la for\u00eat le 13 mars dernier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suite \u00e0 des d\u00e9p\u00e9rissements importants dans une plantation d\u2019\u00e9pic\u00e9a (1ha) sur le secteur et \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 de ces arbres face aux changements climatiques (maladies, Scolytes) ; la d\u00e9cision de couper cette petite plantation \u00e0 blanc s\u2019est impos\u00e9e. Des op\u00e9rations de reboisements serons entreprises pour permettre \u00e0 notre for\u00eat une meilleure r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce chantier forestier durera quelques semaines. Pour votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; nous vous prions de rester sur les chemins balis\u00e9s le temps de l\u2019abattage des arbres. \u00c9galement une fermeture temporaire du chemin sera mise en place lors de la sortie des bois de la for\u00eat (d\u00e9bardage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
