Un projet s\u2019inscrivant dans le cadre de la politique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 souhait\u00e9e par les municipalit\u00e9s. Ce partenariat entre nos deux communes est une avanc\u00e9e et un service dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront tous les seysselans.
La mont\u00e9e de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 (vols, agressions, harc\u00e8lements, d\u00e9gradations, d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sauvages,\u2026) et de multiples autres besoins identifi\u00e9s ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 les \u00e9lus \u00e0 franchir ce pas.
Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect s\u00e9curit\u00e9, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable service de proximit\u00e9 qui sera propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la population, et de p\u00e9dagogie notamment aupr\u00e8s des scolaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrativement le dossier est complexe du fait du champ d\u2019actions sur deux d\u00e9partements, c\u2019est pourquoi plusieurs \u00e9tapes sont n\u00e9cessaires avant d\u2019avoir l\u2019ensemble des agr\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un agent a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9, cependant suite \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de son concours, 8 mois de formation de brigadier sont n\u00e9cessaires pour sa prise de fonction compl\u00e8te. Vous commencerez \u00e0 le voir progressivement au cours des prochains mois dans Seyssel. Le recrutement est en cours pour un(e) second(e) agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
