Le Club des S\u00e9niors de Seyssel a fait son assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ce mardi 30 janvier. Le pr\u00e9sident, Guy Vezolles, a eu le plaisir d\u2019accueillir une trentaine de personnes parmi lesquelles des repr\u00e9sentants des communes de Seyssel Ain & Haute-Savoie, Bassy et Corbonod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023, les rencontres du club ont eu lieu, le mardi et le jeudi apr\u00e8s-midi, dans la Salle Belle Rive. De plus, le Bureau a organis\u00e9 chaque mois, une animation, sortie, repas ou exposition.
En 2024 les adh\u00e9rents sont d\u00e9sormais plus de 40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019autre activit\u00e9 propos\u00e9e aux seniors est la gymnastique douce, dispens\u00e9e par une professeure dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en APA (activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e). Ces cours tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s rencontrent un tel succ\u00e8s que de 4 cours en 2023, ils passent \u00e0 5 cours depuis ce mois de janvier et donnent acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019APA \u00e0 une centaine de personnes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Bureau se f\u00e9licite de la bonne ambiance qui r\u00e8gne dans chacune des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019association. Pour cl\u00f4turer la r\u00e9union, les repr\u00e9sentants des communes ont eu des paroles d\u2019encouragements avant de partager le verre de l\u2019amiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. l\u2019adjoint d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aux associations F. Zuccalli a d\u2019ailleurs soulign\u00e9 le travail remarquable effectu\u00e9, avec tout que cela apporte sur les aspects Sant\u00e9 et Social, de mani\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9vole par Mme et M. Vezolles et le Bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
