La nouvelle municipalit\u00e9 de Seyssel, \u00e9lue depuis 3 ans, a pris connaissance de cette probl\u00e9matique et a h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ce pass\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9charge, comme il en existait dans de tr\u00e8s nombreuses communes dans toute la France.
Il s’agit l\u00e0 de l’ancienne d\u00e9charge officielle du Syndicat Intercommunal \u00e0 Vocations Multiples (18 communes) datant des ann\u00e9es 70-80. Une r\u00e9flexion est d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9e avec la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes Usses et Rh\u00f4ne et le Syr\u2019Usses, Syndicat de Rivi\u00e8re des Usses. Par le pass\u00e9, le Raffaray a fait l\u2019objet de mesures concernant la qualit\u00e9 des eaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A noter que ce lieu est class\u00e9 en Zone Naturelle d\u2019Int\u00e9r\u00eat Ecologique, Faunistique et Floristique*<\/strong>, <\/em>c\u2019est pourquoi il semble difficile d\u2019intervenir sans \u00e9valuer les impacts d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles actions sur place, notamment en termes de biodiversit\u00e9. Une probl\u00e9matique qui s\u2019av\u00e8re donc complexe. Le D\u00e9partement de la Haute-Savoie se tient pr\u00eat \u00e0 apporter son soutien au travers du lancement d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9tude du site et des impacts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Il est \u00e9vident qu\u2019un modeste village comme le n\u00f4tre ne pourra r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me seul, pour des questions de comp\u00e9tences, de r\u00f4les et de limites budg\u00e9taires. Il semble n\u00e9cessaire que l\u2019Etat, au travers de ses services, puisse accompagner voire initier des actions. Ces ZNIEF*<\/strong> \u00e9tant \u00e9tablies par le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement et des sp\u00e9cialistes en la mati\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n La mairie remercie le journaliste de Vakita pour son mail jeudi 17\/08\/2023 matin, avant la parution du reportage, ce qui a permis d\u2019enclencher une discussion par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Ainsi que l\u2019association Usses et Merveilles pour un premier \u00e9change suite \u00e0 la publication de la vid\u00e9o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n La municipalit\u00e9 est engag\u00e9e depuis le d\u00e9but de son mandat sur plusieurs actions environnementales et se tient \u00e0 disposition des personnes souhaitant s\u2019impliquer concr\u00e8tement, afin d\u2019\u00e9changer sur des solutions.
