Zuccalli, du Syndicat de Rivi\u00e8res Les Usses et son pr\u00e9sident Mr. J-Y. Machard, de la CNR, des entreprises SUEZ et Biotec.<br>La zone humide concern\u00e9e se situe sur notre commune le long de la RD992 avant le pont de Chatel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/td7\/1.5\/16\/1f52c.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd2c\"> Diverses actions depuis l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2022 afin de comprendre le site :<br>Relev\u00e9 hydrog\u00e9ologiques, pi\u00e9zom\u00e8tres, suivi de niveaux, mesures chimiques, DICT, essais d\u2019eau, d\u00e9bits<br>Avec une p\u00e9riode basses eaux (s\u00e9cheresse historique de 2022)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9b\/1.5\/16\/1f4a7.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udca7\"> Des enjeux \u00e9cologiques et hydrologiques identifi\u00e9s :<br>Zone d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat au niveau biodiversit\u00e9, oiseaux, grenouilles rousses, plantes,<br>Entre alluvions et molasse<br>Zone d\u2019expansion (absorption) de crue des Usses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un historique int\u00e9ressant fut pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, permettant de voir l\u2019\u00e9volution de la voirie, de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et des m\u00e9andres des Usses.<br>Cr\u00e9ation de la route au XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle puis barrage de 1946 \u00e0 1952, ainsi que 10 ouvrages (dalots) sous la RD basculant l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t25\/1.5\/16\/27a1.png\" alt=\"\u27a1\ufe0f\"> Lancement de la phase 2 : propositions de scenarii afin de pr\u00e9server cette zone humide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Financement : 70% Agence de l&rsquo;eau , 10% CNR , et le Syr&rsquo;Usses<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COPIL de restitution finale du projet de restauration de la zone humide de Seyssel, pilot\u00e9 par le Syr&rsquo;Usses, le 7 juillet 2023, dans les locaux de la mairie de Bassy.
