Une comm\u00e9moration qui s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e devant le Monument aux Morts de Seyssel rive gauche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En pr\u00e9sence du maire et des \u00e9lus seysselans des deux rives, des sections locales du Souvenir Fran\u00e7ais, de l’UNC-Alpes, d\u2019Anciens Combattants, du conseil municipal des enfants, des porte-drapeaux, des sapeurs-pompiers des deux Seyssel, de la gendarmerie, des repr\u00e9sentants des familles et de la batterie-fanfare La Seysselane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le <\/a>dernier dimanche d’avril est chaque ann\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la m\u00e9moire des victimes de la d\u00e9portation dans les camps de concentration et d’extermination nazis lors la seconde guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette date a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue en raison de sa proximit\u00e9 avec la date anniversaire de la lib\u00e9ration de la plupart des camps, et parce qu’elle ne se confondait avec aucune autre c\u00e9l\u00e9bration nationale ou religieuse existante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instaur\u00e9e par la loi du 14 avril 1954, cette journ\u00e9e nationale honore la m\u00e9moire de tous les d\u00e9port\u00e9s sans distinction et rend hommage \u00e0 leur sacrifice. Elle a pour vocation de rappeler \u00e0 tous ce drame historique majeur, les le\u00e7ons qui s’en d\u00e9gagent, pour que de tels faits ne se reproduisent plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
