{"id":11025,"date":"2022-12-08T17:50:57","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T16:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/?p=11025"},"modified":"2023-04-09T23:42:06","modified_gmt":"2023-04-09T21:42:06","slug":"acquisition-du-tenement-auberge-gallatin-et-ancien-commerce-depigny","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/08\/acquisition-du-tenement-auberge-gallatin-et-ancien-commerce-depigny\/","title":{"rendered":"Acquisition du t\u00e8nement Auberge Gallatin et ancien commerce Depigny"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Qui a donc achet\u00e9 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel-restaurant Gallatin ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est bien la commune qui s\u2019est port\u00e9e acqu\u00e9reur de ce b\u00e2timent ainsi que celui accol\u00e9 de l\u2019ancien commerce Depigny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet de redynamisation du quartier Gallatin, et de la r\u00e9habilitation de ce t\u00e9nement tomb\u00e9 en d\u00e9su\u00e9tude, il est apparu judicieux de constituer une r\u00e9serve fonci\u00e8re sur ce lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9b\/1.5\/16\/1f50e.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd0e\">Des recherches difficiles des propri\u00e9taires lointains ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2020 afin d\u2019\u00e9changer avec eux sur les risques d\u2019effondrement de l\u2019All\u00e9e Sainte-Claire constat\u00e9s depuis un certain temps.<br>Une proc\u00e9dure assez longue qui a abouti \u00e0 la s\u00e9curisation de ce secteur.
