{"id":10551,"date":"2022-10-21T14:01:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T12:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/?p=10551"},"modified":"2022-10-26T18:56:26","modified_gmt":"2022-10-26T16:56:26","slug":"repas-des-producteurs-locaux-au-college-de-seyssel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seyssel74.com\/index.php\/2022\/10\/21\/repas-des-producteurs-locaux-au-college-de-seyssel\/","title":{"rendered":"Repas des producteurs locaux au coll\u00e8ge de Seyssel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jeudi 20 octobre 2022, le coll\u00e8ge du Mont des Princes de Seyssel a organis\u00e9 un repas consacr\u00e9 aux producteurs bio et locaux qui travaillent avec le service de restauration de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. <br>A cette occasion, quatre producteurs sont venus pr\u00e9senter leur entreprise aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves via des stands distincts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Bio d\u2019Ici, une plateforme bio qui permet d\u2019approvisionner r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le coll\u00e8ge, avait apport\u00e9 des yaourts aromatis\u00e9s qui ont eu un vif succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ferme de Challonges a expliqu\u00e9 aux jeunes son travail respectueux des animaux (\u00e9levage en plein air, abatage \u00e0 9 km du lieu d\u2019\u00e9levage, transformation sur place, circuits courts de distribution). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belmara\u00eecher \u00e9tait venu avec un grand stand de l\u00e9gumes magnifiques \u00e0 faire d\u00e9couvrir et \u00e0 expliquer aux petits et aux grands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin La ch\u00e8vrerie des Daines les a r\u00e9gal\u00e9s avec ses d\u00e9licieux fromages de ch\u00e8vre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces stands \u00e9taient encadr\u00e9s avec dynamisme par 24 \u00e9l\u00e8ves volontaires du groupe des \u00e9coll\u00e9giens (le comit\u00e9 de pilotage pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9lus locaux&nbsp;: M. En 2022 cette politique a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 intensifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coll\u00e8ge de Seyssel est class\u00e9 dans les meilleurs coll\u00e8ges utilisant exclusivement des produits locaux, voire Bio, de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil d\u00e9partemental de la Haute-Savoie compense les co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires engendr\u00e9s par ces achats locaux, par un effort financier important.
