Un enfant mineur qui vit en France et voyage \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger doit avoir une autorisation de sortie du territoire (AST) s’il n’est pas accompagn\u00e9 par un responsable l\u00e9gal (personne qui exerce l’autorit\u00e9 parentale : p\u00e8re, m\u00e8re ou tuteur). Un enfant voyageant seulement avec son p\u00e8re ou seulement sa m\u00e8re n’en a donc pas besoin. L’AST est un formulaire \u00e9tabli et sign\u00e9 par le titulaire de l’autorit\u00e9 parental. La copie d’une pi\u00e8ce d’identit\u00e9 du parent signataire doit \u00eatre jointe au formulaire. Aucun d\u00e9placement en mairie ou en pr\u00e9fecture n’est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous et votre enfant habitez en France et vous \u00eates fran\u00e7ais <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’enfant qui voyage \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger sans l’un de ses parents doit avoir les documents suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– original du formulaire cerfa n\u00b015646<\/a> sign\u00e9 par le titulaire de l’autorit\u00e9 parentale ;
– pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 valide du mineur : carte d’identit\u00e9 ou passeport + visa si n\u00e9cessaire selon le pays de destination ;
– copie d’un justificatif d’identit\u00e9 du parent signataire (carte d’identit\u00e9, passeport).
Le justificatif d’identit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre valide ou p\u00e9rim\u00e9 depuis moins de 5 ans.
Si le parent n’a pas l’autorit\u00e9 parentale : carte professionnelle, carte d’identit\u00e9 ou passeport de la personne titulaire de l’autorit\u00e9 parentale.
Aucun autre document (par exemple, livret de famille) ne peut \u00eatre exig\u00e9 lorsque le mineur passe la fronti\u00e8re, y compris si le mineur porte un nom diff\u00e9rent que le parent signataire de l’AST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
