Le mus\u00e9e du bois de Seyssel Ain est un mus\u00e9e consacr\u00e9 au bois. Le mus\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente des \u0153uvres sur bois de Claudious Abry (1885 – 1972), menuisier n\u00e9 \u00e0 Seyssel. On peut en particulier citer : un escalier de chaire d’\u00e9glise tournant, un escalier de pavillon et une h\u00e9lice de bateau.
Le mus\u00e9e est ferm\u00e9 pour r\u00e9novation. Mais il se visite durant les journ\u00e9es du patrimoine.

L’exposition permanente \u00ab\u00a0La batellerie au Pays de Seyssel\u00a0\u00bb.
Seyssel \u00e9tait le dernier grand port sur le fleuve. Trois chantiers de construction, des exportations de pierres blanches, d’asphalte, de vin \u2026Le Rh\u00f4ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 comme voie navigable depuis l’\u00e2ge du Bronze et jusqu’au milieu du XIX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Seyssel \u00e9tait le dernier grand port sur le fleuve. Trois chantiers de construction, des exportations de pierres blanches, d’asphalte, de vin\u2026Une \u00e9poque et une civilisation que vous pourrez retrouver \u00e0 travers l’exposition permanente de la Maison du Haut-Rh\u00f4ne<\/a>.
