La commune de SEYSSEL (Haute-Savoie) <\/strong>en partenariat avec la CCUR<\/a> et la RGD Savoie Mont Blanc<\/a> a mis en place un service permettant aux usagers de faire leur demande d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e pour toute demande d\u2019autorisation d\u2019urbanisme \u00e0 compter du 1er<\/sup> janvier 2022 comme le pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable de travaux (DP)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable de travaux (DP) est une autorisation d’urbanisme qui peut \u00eatre exig\u00e9e pour des travaux non soumis \u00e0 un permis de construire. Elle peut \u00eatre obligatoire pour l’extension d’un b\u00e2timent existant, des travaux modifiant l’aspect ext\u00e9rieur, des constructions nouvelles ou le changement de destination d’un b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La DP permet \u00e0 la mairie de v\u00e9rifier que vous respectez les r\u00e8gles d’urbanisme en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permis de construire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le permis de construire est une autorisation d’urbanisme d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par la mairie de la commune o\u00f9 se situe votre projet. Il concerne les constructions nouvelles, m\u00eame sans fondation, de plus de 20 m\u00b2 de surface de plancher ou d’emprise au sol. Pour les b\u00e2timents existants, des travaux d’extension ainsi que le changement de destination peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un permis. Les travaux qui ne rel\u00e8vent pas du permis de construire sont en principe soumis \u00e0 d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable de travaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
